The Occupational Health and Safety Policy that we have adopted as SEMA Plastic Mold is based on respect for people and the environment they live in.Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is the first priority in every field where SEMA Plastik Kalıp operates. Everyone is obliged to do what is necessary within their own authority to ensure a safe and healthy working environment. One of our most important goals is to protect all our employees and the environment we live in against the possible risks of our line of business.In this direction;

In workplaces and extensions; To take all kinds of precautions, to ensure the health and safety of employees, subcontractors and visitors, in accordance with the OHS legislation in force and other OHS-related requirements, and to provide equipment and personal protective equipment,
To detect and eliminate unsafe situations and movements in the workplace and its annexes that may cause occupational accidents and occupational diseases, as well as possible accident risks, by making an effective risk assessment,
To identify risks that may cause work accidents and occupational diseases in the workplace, to ensure the health, safety and social welfare of employees at all levels, visitors, subcontractors/contractors, and to reduce any material and moral losses that may arise in the future for themselves and their families,
To train our employees in the field of occupational health and safety and to ensure that they reach a good occupational health and safety awareness,
To ensure that subcontractor employees and visitors serving in the workplace comply with the rules regarding occupational health and safety set by SEMA Plastik Kalıp,
To make SEMA Plastik Kalıp an exemplary company in terms of OHS practices, both within the group and in the region, before affiliated institutions, chambers of industry and associations,
Taking into account the development of the industrial world, we are committed to predicting possible future situations, continuous improvement and reviewing our situation as our OHS policy.
