Since its establishment, Sema Medical has been Turkey's leading effervescent tube cap manufacturer with its qualified expert staff and modern facility. The production of our tubes, caps and chambers, which are our products, under hygienic conditions using clean room application, is carried out for Turkey's leading food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic companies. Polyethylene and its derivative raw materials to be used for production are drawn from the automatic feed, colored with masterbatch with the help of the dosing system and packaged for the printing process. It has introduced IML (In Mold Labeling) technology in tube production.
